I was lucky enough to catch a Blue Ring octopus making a kill.

The Blue Ring was sitting on a small rock and a crab, nearly the same size as the octopus, came by. The Blue Ring immediately launched itself at the crab, enveloped it and that was that.

You can see some closeups I took of the crab in the octopus’s grasp.
